Patagonia Program Assistant
Valeria has a BSc degree from Dominican University of California in Biology and Environmental Studies/Ecology. Her field of interest is restoration ecology and her work has ranged from non-native invasive trout removal in Grand Canyon National Park to vegetative restoration in Yosemite National Park. In addition, she has worked in the fjords of coastal Alaska and with the National Audubon Society in California on projects monitoring and removing non-native invasive plant populations. Valeria is excited to be joining the Round River team this Fall 2017.
